
Private yoga sessions provide tailored instruction suited to your needs and goals. We will meet on zoom; perfect for those who live outside of the Chicgaoland area, prefer the privacy of their own home, or travel often.
We will meet virtually to create your practice, utalizing the space and props you have on hand. No props?! It’s ok, I’m pretty inventive, and many household items can be used if needed.
Half hour private sessions are ideal for those wanting to deepen thier meditation and/ or pranayama practice, focus on a asana or movement pattern that has become a challenge, work on modifications and adaptions for a recent injury, or a short Yoga Nidra. What do you want to work on?
